We're Angie's Sugar Buzz Bakery, and we've been a bakery here in Sandwich, IL, since 2014. The rich, dynamic flavors you get when you bite into a cookie can brighten any day. Our made-from-scratch cakes and cookies can be customized for whatever event you're celebrating. Plus, all of our treats are baked in-house, so we can make sure you're always getting fresh flavors. Here at Angie's Sugar Buzz Bakery, we can make donuts, cakes, muffins, cookies, and specialty coffees - the list goes on. We're looking forward to growing our business to continue to serve Oswego, Somonauk, Plano, Aurora, and surrounding areas. Our Story

Welcome to Angie’s Sugar Buzz Bakery, a beloved local gem in Sandwich, IL, where community and confections come together in a delightful harmony. Established in 2014 by Angie Davis, this charming bakery has become a go-to destination for anyone with a sweet tooth and a love for cozy, inviting atmospheres. Angie’s journey from working at her aunt’s gas station to transforming it into a thriving bakery is a testament to her passion and dedication to the craft of baking.

Angie Davis grew up surrounded by the love and warmth of two close-knit communities in Somonauk and Sandwich, the latter being where her aunt owned a gas station that doubled as a local gathering spot. Angie worked there, soaking up the spirit of community service and discovering her own love for baking. Encouraged by friends and family who couldn’t get enough of her homemade treats, Angie took a bold step. She bought the building, gave it a complete makeover, and opened Angie’s Sugar Buzz Bakery in 2014. Her vision was to create a place reminiscent of the iconic "Friends" coffeehouse vibe—somewhere people could come to relax, enjoy sweet treats, and sip on delicious beverages.
